1) Goto My Task Helper and Login

2) Create you first project - "Used Cars Database". Enter project name in a field "New project" 3) Will appear the window, please enter the form name - "Used Cars". 4) Now you have the form and you can start to place into the form fields: in this example I tried to use maximum field types(String/Integer/Float or Single Line Text, Text or Multiple Lines, File/Image or File/Image/Video Upload, Boolean or Yes/No, Date/DateTime, Select or Drop Down, Checkboxes, Country). For each field please fix validation. More about this service you can read here. - First field “Brand” choose type Select or Drop Down. Please, find “Set default value” link. Click it and fill with your sell brands. - Second field “Type”, select type Select or Drop Down. Click “Set default value” link and fill with your sell car types. - Next field “Model” – type String. In this field your can enter model of the car (only text symbols). - Color, type Check box. In this field your can select one of few colors. - Fields “Description” and “Experts Comment”. Type Text or Multiple Lines - Field “Price $” – type integer. Your can use only numeric data. - Next field “Credit sale” – type boolean. It’s Logical type. User can select one of two logical values (Yes/No). - Also your can state the date of the sale car, field “Sale Date” – type Date. - If you need to upload more information about car you can use fields Image, File. - To state the country where the car has been got from please use field type Country. - Next Field “Experts opinion”. To select one of few points I use field type radio button. So now your form has done. You can enter data. Go to menu Records and start data adding. If you have done everything correctly will appear your first record. For form submit use Widget Builder module. ===========================================================

Example of database creation: “Tow fields ”

Steps:

1. On "My Projects" page create new project “Tow fields”
2. Create new form “Test”
3. Into the form place two fields: string type “one line”, text type “multiple line”

4. Under field click on link Set Validation, then in the window choose for field “one line” Inclusion, for field “multiple line” choose Exclusion.

For “one line” in field Within you can enter words/phrase, which must be included in the list! For “multiple line” in field Within you can enter words/phrase, which must not be included in the list!

5. Next step click "See Test in action" and enter you data

5. Actually that's all..;) But let's improve it quickly.

6. This is a time to create first email. Navigate to Objects Page.

It may also ensure that only data that is either true or real can be entered into a database.
