When you need a Team
If you need a way to let your friends or team members to view or modify your database, Team module is exactly what you need.
Team roles
Rigth now you can be the database owner or member. Database owner can perform any action in the database, i.e. modify your form, add or edit records, customize forms in the Widget Builder. Team members can only view your database, they can't modify it.
Invite people to the Team
You can add team members to your databases by login or email. If you want to Invite using email just put this email into the 'Add team members by login or email' form and press search, you will see invite link then. If you want to Invite using login just put this login into the 'Add team members by login or email' form and press search, you will see add link then. If you can't find your friends or team members you will be able to invite them using their email addresses. Once you've invited them they will receive email notification and will be able to start managing your database. If you wish to delete team member you can use delete link
Teamed databases
If you are a member of any team on the Projects page, under your projects, you will see Teamed databases - Projects from the Team. This is a projects where you've involved and have access to.
How to change Team roles
Only database owners can change Team roles add or invite new members or delete members.
Team members can only view the Team list
