Form Builder is the main and first module you may use. It allows you to create as many forms as you need. You can put any number of fields to your form of such types: image, file, string, integer, float, text, radio button, language, country, time zone, check box, select, boolean, date and time. Basically all main HTML controls. When you mouse over Field type you should see help box on the right side:
To change field type - click on type name.
To change field name - click of field name.
To set the default value of the field - click on "Set default value".
To set the validation options for the field - click "Set validation".
Also you can change your fields order at any time, using reorder icon at the right side of each field. For deleting fields use "Delete" link.
When you build your form you can start adding records to it on Records page. You can customize it on the Widget Builder page
