The administrator of each application (i.e., you) controls registration of new users and what sort of access each user has.

If you are concerned about sensitive data falling into the wrong hands, you should use the secure encryption we offer on all plans (except the Personal plan). This encryption ensures that data cannot be usefully intercepted in transit.

How safe is your server?
